The booking engine comes with an extranet that will allow tour operators to upload all details regarding a tour (tour description, images, pricing, etc.) which will be linked to their own website and displayed on the portal.

The extranet also comes with a Dashboard which will allow tour operators to view and manage all their tour bookings that have come through and a notification feature to keep tour operators up-to-date with their bookings. They will receive SMS and email notifications of new bookings, payment confirmations, request for a customised tour package and any changes made to an existing booking. Furthermore, tour operators will also be able to generate detailed sales reports as required.

Interested tourists who visit the website or the portal will be able to make a booking for the tour they are interested in via the booking engine. Within the booking engine, they will able to enter the required details, such as; customer details, number of people, special request, etc. and process an online payment via the Internet Payment Gateway.

Those who require a customised tour package, will have the option of requesting for one by submitting their requirements to the tour operator. Tour operators will be able to send a tailored quote and customers will be directed to the booking engine via a link embedded in the quote.

Launch of ParkSmart

Negete proudly launches the PartSmart app in partnership with Tenaga Car Parks and the Colombo Municipal Council, being the first to introduce an app for parking.
